Impress in Seattle is seeking a Dentist to lead clear aligner therapy and general dental care in a high-tech, team-driven practice. You will consult, plan treatments, perform procedures, and ensure an exceptional patient experience using cutting-edge tools.

You will collaborate with the medical director, deliver 3D scans, IPRs, and engage cases for production, while upholding the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active state dental license.
• Willingness to travel to other clinic locations.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Proficient with digital orthodontics and technology.

Responsibilities

• Explain treatment plans and deliver world-class patient experience.
• Perform consultations, 3D scans, and follow-up visits.
• Carry out fillings, hygiene, whitening as needed.
• Collaborate with medical director to prepare cases for production.
• Educate patients on oral health and equipment maintenance.
