Job summary

Neko Health AB in New York seeks a Clinic Manager to lead on-site operations, staff, and patient experience. You will own staffing, scheduling, inventory, facilities, performance, and budget across a single clinic as we scale in the US.

You will partner with medical leadership to maintain clinical quality, drive team performance, and translate strategy into practical workflows and SOPs that keep the clinic running smoothly day to day.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinic or practice management experience.
• Single-site operational ownership including staffing, scheduling and budget.
• Direct line-management of physicians or licensed clinicians is a plus.
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience building or stabilizing operating systems during periods of change.

Responsibilities

• Owns on-site clinic operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, facilities, and budget accountability.
• Partner with medical leadership to ensure clinical quality and team performance.
• Lead and develop the clinic team with 1:1s, performance reviews, and ongoing feedback.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training to drive rapid performance gains.
• Translate leadership decisions into daily workflows and protocols.
• Monitor metrics such as NPS, CSAT, utilization, and throughput to improve care quality.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and incident/risk management in partnership with Customer Care.
