• Training and Experience: Minimum of 2 years medical office/clinic supervisory experience preferred. Must be computer literate. Excellent customer service/interpersonal communication skills.
• Job Knowledge: Computer operations, general office operations, HIPAA regulations. General knowledge in Human Resources practices including but not limited to payroll process, personnel recordkeeping and position control.

Requires hearing within normal range for telephone use.
