Job summary

Medcor is seeking a full-time Clinic Manager for our employer-based occupational health clinic in Long Prairie, Minnesota. This role blends direct patient care with clinic leadership, offering a Monday–Friday daytime schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with no nights or weekends.

You will lead daily operations, supervise workflows, and support workers' compensation and return-to-work programs while continuing hands-on patient care in an on-site setting.

Qualifications

• Current EMT, Paramedic, or LPN certification/licensure.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to lead and support the daily operations of an onsite clinic.
• Strong patient assessment and clinical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer and technology skills, including EMR.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily clinic operations, workflows, logistics, and scheduling.
• Providing hands-on patient care.
• Assessing and treating workplace injuries and illnesses using Medcor's evidence-based clinical protocols.
• Providing first aid and emergency response when needed.
• Supporting ongoing workers' compensation case management.
• Facilitating Return-to-Work (RTW) programs.
• Monitoring treatment plans and coordinating with outside medical providers.
• Conducting pre-employment and post-offer screenings.
• Performing Physical Assessment Testing (PATs).
• Supporting onsite employee health and wellness initiatives.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in Medcor's EMR.
• Supporting OSHA recordkeeping.
• Partnering with client leadership and Medcor's clinical and operational teams.
• Providing exceptional service to employees and client stakeholders.
• Handling general administrative responsibilities associated with clinic operations.
