Medcor is hiring a full-time Clinic Manager (EMT, Paramedic, or LPN) for Upper Marlboro, MD. This hands-on clinical leadership role combines direct patient care with day-to-day clinic management in an employer-based occupational health clinic.

The position requires licensing as EMT/Paramedic/LPN and CPR/BLS certification, with independence and sound clinical judgment. Monday–Friday daytime hours and a supportive Medcor network provide opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Hold a current EMT, Paramedic, or LPN license/certification.
• Have current CPR/BLS certification.
• Be comfortable taking ownership of daily clinic operations.

Responsabilités

• Provide first aid care and evaluate workplace injuries and illnesses.
• Assess, triage, and treat patients according to Medcor Care Protocols (MCPs).
• Manage daily clinic operations, workflows, scheduling, and administrative responsibilities.
• Support Return to Work (RTW) programs and monitor treatment plans.
• Coordinate care and follow-up with outside medical providers.
• Complete pre-employment and post-offer screenings.
• Perform Physical Assessment Testing (PATs).
• Maintain accurate documentation using electronic medical records.
• Support OSHA recordkeeping and workplace health documentation.
• Partner with client safety, environmental, HR, and benefits teams.
• Support onsite employee health, wellness, and injury-prevention initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with employees, client leadership, and Medcor teams.
• Provide an excellent patient and client experience.
