Job summary

Montgomery County Memorial Hospital (MCMH) manages Downtown Care, a new integrated medical and dental clinic. The Clinic Manager reports to the Chief Clinical Officer and oversees overall operations for both medical and dental services.

The role provides leadership for daily operations, including staff, patient flow, scheduling, workflows, quality and safety, compliance, and the patient experience. It supports development and implementation of clinic goals as Downtown Care grows.

• Clinical background in medical or dental care preferred.
• Previous clinic operations leadership experience preferred.

Job description

MCMH + Clinics has an opening for a full-time Clinic Manager for Downtown Care, MCMH's new integrated medical and dental clinic. This position reports to the Chief Clinical Officer and is responsible for the overall operations of Downtown Care, including both medical and dental services.

The Clinic Manager will provide leadership and oversight of daily clinic operations, including clinical and support staff, patient flow, scheduling, workflows, quality and safety, regulatory compliance, and the overall patient experience. This individual will work collaboratively with medical and dental providers, staff, and organizational leadership to ensure efficient clinic operations and high-quality patient care. The Clinic Manager will also assist with developing and implementing clinic goals, processes, and improvements as Downtown Care continues to grow and evolve.

The ideal candidate will be a positive, organized, and approachable leader who works well in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable supporting both medical and dental operations. A clinical background in medical or dental care is preferred, with Registered Nurses, Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants, or individuals with comparable healthcare experience encouraged to apply. Previous leadership or clinic operations experience is preferred. This is a full-time, exempt management position.
