Praxis Health in Redmond, OR, is hiring a Clinic Manager to oversee the Redmond and Sisters locations. You will supervise office staff, manage scheduling, and ensure high-quality patient care while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

The role reports to the Regional Director, requires 3–6 years in clinic management, and preference for an MHA/MBA or MS in health administration. Compensation ranges from $65k–$75k plus benefits and a strong selection of employee perks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–6 years of clinic management experience.
• 2+ years of Electronic Health Record experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations at Redmond and Sisters locations.
• Supervise all office staff and manage staffing levels.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient privacy policies.
• Coordinate with Regional Director on goals, policies and training.
• Manage medical billing, third-party reimbursements, and reporting.
