Working closely with physicians and frontline teams, the manager will translate strategic priorities into practical improvements while retaining the flexibility each practice requires. The position carries genuine operational ownership, including quality improvement, workforce planning, service coordination, and the development of reliable patient-centered processes.Reporting to senior leadership, this Ambulatory Clinic Manager will serve as a visible connection between executive priorities and day-to-day practice performance. Responsibilities include coaching clinic leaders, supporting staff development, evaluating operational outcomes, addressing barriers to care delivery, and advancing organizational goals across sites.
