Job Title: Clinic Manager
Location: Staples, MN
Job Classification: Dual Role – Clinic Manager & Practicing Therapist/Therapist Assistant
Schedule: This position is performed alongside the daily responsibilities of a practicing Therapist or Therapist Assistant at the Staples clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the operational success of all service lines under the Lakewood therapy contract.
• Provide direct leadership and support to clinical teams.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to maintain high-quality patient care.
• Facilitate strategic planning and execution of clinic initiatives.
