Job summary

Neighborhood Healthcare in Riverside, CA is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to support Registered Nurses by verifying immunization records and assisting with triage and direct patient care in a ambulatory clinic.

The LVN will perform immunization-related tasks, vaccine administration, and related documentation. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm. Requires CA LVN license, BLS, and at least 1 year LVN experience; bilingual skills preferred.

Qualifications

• CA LVN license is required and must be maintained.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current BLS certification required upon hire and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Assist with walk-in patients including taking vitals and collecting history.
• Assist RN with triage and direct patient care under supervision.
• Administer vaccines and perform EKGs as needed.
• Conduct monthly inventory and rotate stock based on expiration dates.
• Document patient care per standard procedures and report changes to RN/Provider.
• Support immunization program by verifying records and setting up recall appointments.
