Job summary

Riverside Medical Clinic is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse to support multiple offices in the Riverside area. The LVN will assist in examinations, take vital signs, record charges and patient history, and participate in education and infection control activities.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a California LVN license, and BLS certification; ACLS and IV certification are preferred. The role requires flexibility to travel between locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current California LVN license and BLS certification.
• ACLS preferred; IV certification required.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients and record vital signs and chart information.
• Prepare exam rooms and assist physicians with procedures.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Perform routine labs and initiate IV lines as directed.
• Travel between departments to provide coverage when needed.
