Allina Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support providers in an outpatient clinic setting in New Ulm, MN. The LPN will assist with patient care, data collection, and care coordination within a team-based practice.

The role emphasizes accurate charting, IV management where trained, and preparing patients for procedures while ensuring a positive patient experience. This is a day shift role with potential weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree from a Board of Nursing approved LPN program.
• Current LPN licensure in MN or WI (depending on the location)

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care support as delegated by Provider or RN.
• Administers therapies including medications and schedules follow-up visits.
• Documents encounters accurately in the electronic medical record and coordinates with the care team.
