Job summary

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Iowa; multi-state licensure may be required based on location.
• BLS certification due within 3 months of hire.
• Mandatory Reporter abuse training within 3 months of hire.
• Proficient in Windows, email, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care with accurate documentation and aseptic technique.
• Administer medications and immunizations under provider supervision.
• Coordinate scheduling, referrals, and follow-ups to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families based on needs and discharge plans.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to policies.
• Cross-cover other clinic areas as needed.
