Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program with IV therapy training.
• Current LPN license in Missouri.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Follows clinic policies to ensure patient safety and infection prevention.
• Administers medications (oral, IM, SC) as ordered.
• Assists provider with procedures and maintains sterile field.
• Assists with examinations within licensed scope.
• Performs phone triage and acts as liaison between physician and patient.
• Documents visit details per provider preference.
• Obtains vital signs and updates medication lists.
• Performs point-of-care lab testing and specimen collection.
• Educates patients about MyChart and its benefits.
