Job summary

Allina Health is seeking an LPN for an outpatient clinic role in Annandale, MN. The position is 0.9 FTE with a day shift, no weekends, and cross-training in a staffed Allina lab. The role supports providers, rooms patients, and coordinates care across the team.

Responsibilities include checking vitals, charting in the EMR, handling phone calls, and processing orders. A starting bonus of $2,000 is available for eligible external talent.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree from a Board of Nursing approved LPN program.
• Two years clinic LPN experience (preferred).
• Current LBS/CPR/BLS as applicable per location

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care support as delegated by Provider or RN.
• Rooms patients, measures vital signs, and documents in the medical record.
• Receives or initiates patient calls and coordinates appointments.
• Processes physician orders and supports exam procedures.
• Cleans, restocks, and prepares exam rooms and supplies.
• Supports care team to ensure smooth patient flow.
