The Staff Pad is partnering with a respected healthcare system in Helena, MT to hire dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who will provide high‑quality patient care across multiple clinics. You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support exceptional patient outcomes.

As a Clinic Float Pool LPN, you’ll deliver patient care across locations while supporting teams where you’re needed most.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or technical school of nursing and licensed to practice as LPN.
• 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required (recertification every 2 years).
• IV Certification required within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Conduct focused nursing assessments by collecting, documenting, and communicating patient information accurately and promptly.
• Monitor patient status, recognize changes or abnormal findings, and communicate updates to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that support patient comfort, wellbeing, and education.

As a Clinic Float Pool LPN, you'll provide patientcare across multiple clinic locations while supporting teams where you'reneeded most.

• Clinic Float Pool - Full-Time | PRN available
• Orthopedic Clinic - Full-Time
• Family Practice - 1.0 FTE & 0.8 FTE opportunities available
• Urgent Care - 0.9 FTE | 12 Hr Shifts

What You’ll Do
