Job summary

Central Ohio Urology Group, LLC is seeking a full-time LPN in Ohio to join our clinical team. You’ll manage provider schedules, direct patient flow, handle medication and messages, prepare rooms, and assist during in-office procedures, all while educating patients within your scope of practice.

Position Requirements – What You Need to Know Before Applying

• Full-Time Commitment: This is a full‑time position (Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week).
• Shift Availability: Shifts may begin as early as 7:30 AM and may end as late as 5:30 PM. You must be available to work shifts within this range.
• Local Transportation: You must possess a valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation to travel locally between our offices, mostly located around I-270. Mileage reimbursement is available for eligible midday travel.

What You'll Do As an LPN at COUG, you’ll be a cornerstone of our clinical team - where your skills, dedication, and compassion directly impact patient care and outcomes. Your role will include:

• Managing provider schedules and directing patient flow
• Handling the medication/script line and routing messages as needed
• Preparing rooms and assisting providers during in‑office procedures
• Educating patients and answering questions within your scope of practice
• Reporting any adverse medication events to providers
• Contributing to the daily success of the clinic through teamwork and initiative

What You Bring

• Current LPN license in the State of Ohio (required)
• 1+ year of LPN experience in a clinical setting preferred
