Job summary

Central Ohio Urology Group is seeking an LPN to join our clinical team at multiple Ohio offices. This full-time position offers weekday hours (7:30 AM–5:30 PM), travel between offices, and the chance to impact patient care in a specialized urology setting.

You’ll manage provider schedules, handle medication and messages, assist with in-office procedures, educate patients, report adverse events, and contribute to a collaborative clinic environment. Ohio LPN license required; 1+ year preferred.

Qualifications

• Ohio LPN license required.
• 1+ year of LPN experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Experience in urology or a surgical specialty is a plus.
• Ability to think critically, act decisively, and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing provider schedules and directing patient flow.
• Handling the medication/script line and routing messages as needed.
• Preparing rooms and assisting providers during in-office procedures.
• Educating patients and answering questions within your scope of practice.
• Reporting any adverse medication events to providers.

Position Requirements - What You Need to Know Before Applying

• Full-Time Commitment: This is a full‑time position (Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week).
• Shift Availability: Shifts may begin as early as 7:30 AM and may end as late as 5:30 PM. You must be available to work shifts within this range.
• Local Travel: You must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation to travel locally between our offices, mostly located around I-270. Mileage reimbursement is available for eligible midday travel.

What You’ll Do As an LPN at COUG, you’ll be a cornerstone of our clinical team - where your skills, dedication, and compassion directly impact patient care and outcomes. Your role will include:

What You Bring

• Current LPN license in the State of Ohio (required)
