Connect ABA + Therapy in Newark, NJ is seeking a full-time on-site Clinic Lead BCBA to join our Newark clinic. You will lead a clinical team, supervise Behavior Technicians, and manage a clinical caseload while delivering high-quality ABA services to children with autism.

The ideal candidate holds an active BCBA certification and New Jersey LBA with strong leadership and collaboration skills to foster a positive clinical environment. This role offers on-site work with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Active New Jersey LBA.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience supervising and mentoring Behavior Technicians.
• Ability to effectively manage a clinical caseload while supporting team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a clinic setting.
• Clinic-based ABA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments.
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical support to Behavior Technicians.
• Serve as a clinical leader within the clinic and help foster a positive, professional work environment.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and developing Behavior Technicians.
• Monitor client progress and make treatment recommendations as needed.
• Complete documentation and insurance-required reports in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with families, Behavior Technicians, and other members of the clinical team.
• Maintain compliance with company, state, and insurance requirements.
