Job summary

Goodman Campbell Team seeks a capable Practice Manager to lead the startup and ongoing administrative operations of a new clinic in Fishers, IN, opening in 2027. Training will occur at the Carmel headquarters with mileage reimbursement for travel to Greenwood, Avon and Noblesville locations.

The role emphasizes building staffing models, supporting MD practice growth, optimizing patient care, and boosting employee engagement through proactive leadership and mentoring of staff.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of healthcare supervisory experience in practice management.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor staff and improve operations.
• Strong communication and collaboration with physicians, staff and leadership.
• Experience in staff hiring, onboarding and development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative operations of the new Fishers clinic; travel to other locations as needed.
• Build staffing model for the new clinic and support MD practice growth.
• Enhance patient care and employee engagement through process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with OIG, OSHA, HIPAA, EEOC and regulatory guidelines.
• Attend management meetings and provide data-driven insights to improve efficiency.
