Astrana Health, Inc. is seeking a Director of Clinic Strategy & Operations to lead strategy, expansion, and performance across the clinic network in the Alhambra area.

This role blends strategic planning, financial rigor, and hands-on execution to scale high-quality care delivery models in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will own growth initiatives, drive cross-functional programs, and translate strategy into concrete roadmaps with measurable outcomes.

Formación

• 6+ years in healthcare strategy, multi-site operations, consulting, or private equity-backed healthcare.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities; experience building operating models and business cases.
• Proven track record leading complex initiatives with measurable results.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across diverse teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute multi-year clinic growth strategy across existing and new markets.
• Identify expansion opportunities (de novo sites, service line growth, partnerships, acquisitions).
• Build financial models and investment cases to support capital allocation decisions.
• Conduct market, competitive, and payer landscape analysis.
