Job summary

Smile Doctors, LLC is seeking a Clinic Manager (Practice Director) in Katy, TX to oversee daily clinic operations in partnership with the Doctor. You’ll drive growth, manage profitability, and enhance patient experiences while guiding staff and scheduling.

Requirements include 2 years of supervisory clinic experience and a high school diploma; dental/orthodontic background is preferred and a bachelor’s degree is a plus. Competitive benefits and a supportive team culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient and clinic information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard clinic software.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic operations with the Doctor to drive growth and patient experience.
• Monitor and manage Profit & Loss to achieve monthly goals.
• Lead and mentor clinic staff, schedule management, and task assignments.
• Coordinate local marketing efforts and community relationships to build brand reputation.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and state dental board regulations.
