Responsibilities

• Collect money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations and schedule patient visits.
• Verify insurance coverage for patients; collect payments.
• Maintain an inviting, organized front office workspace; provide customer service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere and make welcome calls to improve arrival rate.
• Manage schedules, document routing, overtime, non-clinical documentation, deposits, and caseload.
