Job summary

Baptist Health's BH Family Med Residency Clinic is seeking a Clinic Office Representative to support daily front-desk operations in Little Rock, AR. The role handles patient check-ins/outs, appointment scheduling, phone inquiries, and basic billing processes in a daytime, on-site setting.

The ideal candidate has HS Diploma or GED, clinic experience preferred, and strong customer service and typing skills (35–40 wpm). This is a full-time, day-shift position with standard clinic hours.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma and/or GED equivalent.
• Previous clinic experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service/interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and checking patients in, answering the telephone, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records and filing, checking patients out, collecting payments, and related duties as assigned.
