Arkansas Health Group is seeking a Clinic Office Representative for the BH Specialty Clinic-NLR. The role handles front-desk duties, patient check-in/out, phone calls, scheduling and referrals, and maintains patient records and payments in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Ideal candidates will have a HS diploma or GED, clinic experience preferred, excellent customer service, and basic typing (35–40 wpm). Full-time hours with day shift aren’t specified beyond 8–5.

Qualifications

• Previous clinic experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service/interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities
