Under supervision, you will perform lab work, manage messages, registrations, scheduling, and EMR documentation; certification in CMA or equivalent preferred.

AHA BLS required; high school diploma; OSHA/CPT knowledge; opportunities for tuition reimbursement and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification as Medical Assistant preferred (CMA, RMA, CCMA, NCMA, CMAC, or NHA).
• Knowledge of OSHA, CLIA, and ADA required.
• Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding required.
• TB testing or clearance within 6 months of hire preferred.
• Familiarity with Meaningful Use and Standard Work Programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and support providers during visits.
• Manage patient messages, paperwork, and prior authorizations.
• Assist with clinical and administrative duties.
• Room patients and complete intake.
• Assist providers with patient care.
• Manage patient messages and communications.
• Scan and maintain medical records.
• Prepare exam rooms and support clinic workflow.
