Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider certified or obtained within three months of hire.
• Mandatory Reporter abuse training within three months of hire.
• Ability to read, write and understand English; communicate effectively with patients and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate honesty, integrity, and caring.

Responsibilities

• Check-in patients efficiently at time of visit.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Schedule appointments according to office guidelines.
• Obtain accurate patient and insurance information; collect copays and deductibles.
• Copy/scan relevant documents into the electronic medical record.
