Job summary

Icon Eyecare is seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist for our Denver clinic to welcome patients, handle calls, and schedule appointments. The role includes basic billing tasks and daily deposits as part of patient service excellence.

You will work with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, delivering clear, courteous communication and helping maintain smooth operations across the front desk. Training is provided, with a supportive team environment and opportunities to grow in patient care.

Qualifications

• Two years of patient/customer care experience or equivalent customer-related ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients as they arrive at the office in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer, assist, and direct all incoming telephone calls to appropriate parties.
• Answer general patient questions and refer questions beyond scope.
• Check patients in and out and schedule appointments.
• Bill visits through insurance, collect payments, and enter CPT/ICD-10 codes.
• Assist with end-of-day counts and prepare accurate daily deposits.
