Job summary

Stockbridge-Munsee Community seeks an Environmental Services Worker to perform maintenance, custodial and housekeeping tasks at the Health & Wellness Center. You will work under the Safety Manager and support a professional team while maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Applicants must pass drug screens, be 18+, and meet attendance requirements; a valid Elder/Youth License may be needed. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Must submit to and pass a pre-employment drug and health screening.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must maintain an acceptable departmental attendance record.
• Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Must obtain and maintain Elder/Youth License as stated on job description.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all patient care areas daily including exam rooms, dental operatories, laboratory, x-ray, pharmacy, restrooms and visitor areas.
• Perform daily housekeeping and maintenance tasks across building departments; dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize restrooms and common areas.
• Replenish supplies and inventories; respond to work orders and emergencies as needed.
• Properly handle hazardous waste and maintain SDS information.
• Secure buildings and monitor building alarms and access as required by schedule.
