EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Clinic Director to lead care teams in our communities. You’ll guide therapy services, build relationships with residents and staff, and advance the EmpowerMe 360 model to coordinate therapy, wellness, and medical care.

You’ll shape daily care delivery, mentor clinicians, and ensure high-quality, compassionate programs that keep residents active, independent, and well-supported. This role blends hands-on treatment with leadership to strengthen community health.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal).
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred.
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit.
• A desire to lead, connect, and be visible in your community.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care.
• Mentor and support clinicians, helping them grow in their clinical skills and confidence.
• Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model.
• Build strong relationships that drive resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment.
• Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services to ensure a seamless resident experience.
• Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations.
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement.
