Qualifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) or related rehab field.
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience with 1 year in supervision/management.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a single outpatient clinic, overseeing staff management, scheduling, budgeting, and patient flow.
• Set annual goals, manage budgets, and implement strategies to improve profitability and patient satisfaction.
• Develop referral relationships and collaborate with Front Office and Business Development teams.
• Monitor financials and make real-time adjustments to improve clinic performance.
• Foster a positive clinic culture and support staff development through meetings and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and professional standards.
