Job summary

Alliance Physical Therapy Partners Whatcom Physical Therapy seeks a Clinic Director (Physical Therapist) to lead our Blaine, WA clinic. You will oversee clinical operations, staff development and patient care quality, building strong physician referrals.

The role emphasizes leadership, budget awareness, documentation accuracy, and compliance with HIPAA and state/federal guidelines while delivering outstanding care.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current Physical Therapist license, registration and/or certification as per state regulations.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs high quality daily patient therapy including evaluations, plan of care development, treatment, and discharge.
• Assumes planning and coordination of all aspects of direct patient care in the clinic according to policies.
• Manage and drive KPIs such as units per hour, visits per case, and referrals.
• Directs patient care including evaluation, assessment and planning to ensure proper case management.
• Identifies staff development opportunities and facilitates learning to advance clinical skills.
• Ensure daily treatment notes are complete and billing matches treatment time.
