STAR Physical Therapy in Tennessee seeks a Clinic Manager to oversee daily clinic operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain staffing, equipment, and resources for high-quality patient care.

You will hire and supervise clinic staff, participate in ongoing education, analyze patient data to optimize staffing and program development, and lead marketing efforts including physician visits and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current state TN Physical Therapist licensure.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
