STAR Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations across locations. You will manage staffing, equipment, and resources to deliver high-quality patient care while leading a team of clinicians and support staff.

The role requires a CAPTE-accredited PT degree, TN licensure, CPR certification, and experience in outpatient orthopedics. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in a growing network.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current TN Physical Therapist licensure.
• CPR certification.
• Experience with EMR, databases and MS Office.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain staffing, equipment and resources for high-quality care.
• Hire, train and supervise clinic staff; provide performance evaluations.
• Participate in ongoing education for professional growth.
• Analyze patient data to optimize staffing and program development.
• Lead marketing efforts including physician visits and community outreach.
• Ensure patient safety and ethical care standards.
• Demonstrate leadership, problem-solving and time management skills.
• Require a relevant degree and experience in clinic management.
