SportsMed Physical Therapy is hiring Physical Therapists across New Jersey as part of our continued expansion. We welcome new graduates and experienced clinicians, offering strong mentorship, structured career growth, and opportunities to advance into leadership and regional roles.

Our Orthopedic Residency Program powered by HSS provides advanced clinical training, mentorship, and hands-on intensives to prepare for OCS certification.

Qualifications

• New Jersey Physical Therapist License is required.
• New grads and experienced physical therapists are welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy and EMR experience; WebPT is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and diagnose each patient while developing individualized rehabilitation goals and treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based patient care across outpatient orthopedic and rehabilitation populations.
• Maintain communication with Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, Occupational Therapists and other providers to ensure quality patient care.
• Complete notes thoroughly and in a timely manner to maintain collaborative care across disciplines.
• Participate in monthly meetings to identify challenges, improve clinic operations, and achieve clinic goals.
• Support clinical excellence through continuing education and company initiatives focused on patient outcomes.
