You will maintain a substantial patient caseload while mentoring clinicians and coordinating clinic operations. Qualified candidates have a PT license in California, experience in outpatient orthopedics, and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active California Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience required.
• Clinical leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to treat patients approximately 80–85% of the time.
• Strong leadership, clinical judgment, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active patient caseload approximately 80–85% of the time.
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide evidence-based treatment for orthopedic conditions.
• Provide clinic leadership and mentor staff.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and daily operations.
• Promote patient-centered care and maintain documentation standards.
• Foster collaboration with patients, staff, and providers.
