SOL, Sports Orthopedic Leaders, an Alliance Physical Therapy Partner, is seeking a Clinic Director/Physical Therapist to lead a growing team in Oakland, CA. The role combines clinical care with clinical leadership andStaff supervision to ensure top-quality patient outcomes.

You will oversee clinic operations, staff development, referral relationships, and compliance while driving growth and ensuring excellent patient and staff satisfaction in a dynamic orthopedic PT setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy is required.
• Current PT license/state registration is required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Performs high-quality daily patient therapy including evaluations, plan of care development, treatment and discharge.
• Assumes responsibility for planning, provision and coordination of all aspects of direct patient care.
• Manage and drive KPIs such as units per hour, visits per case and referrals.
