PRO-PT announces a Clinic Director - Physical Therapist to open and lead a new Modesto, CA clinic. You will build a thriving team, drive exceptional patient care, and manage operations from day one.

The ideal candidate has a PT degree, California license, and a passion for leadership in a collaborative setting. Attractive compensation includes a $130,000 annual salary, with a sign-on bonus up to $30,000 and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current California Physical Therapist license (or pending)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association, or ability to obtain before providing patient care
• Strong clinical knowledge, communication skills, and a commitment to exceptional patient care
• Ability to lead clinic operations while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations

Responsabilités

• Lead with purpose to mentor and develop PTs, PTAs, and support staff while fostering a positive clinic culture
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, budgets, and performance metrics to support a high-performing clinic
• Provide hands-on, evidence-based care while ensuring a Second-to-None patient experience
• Build relationships with patients, referral partners, and the community to support clinic growth
