PRO-PT Physical Therapy seeks a Clinic Director – Physical Therapist to open our Modesto clinic. You will build a thriving team, deliver Second-to-None care, and lead operations in a growing practice.

The role combines leadership with hands-on therapy, offering a $130,000 annual salary, a sign-on bonus up to $30,000, and opportunities for professional development and career advancement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or pending California Physical Therapist license.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or ability to obtain before patient care.
• Strong clinical knowledge, communication skills, and commitment to exceptional patient care.
• Ability to lead clinic operations while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and empower a team of PTs, PTAs, and staff to foster a collaborative clinic culture.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, budgets, and performance metrics to support a high-performing clinic.
• Provide hands-on, evidence-based patient care while upholding the Second-to-None standard.
• Build strong relationships with patients, referral partners, and the community to drive clinic growth.
• Partner with leadership to implement initiatives and maintain clinical and regulatory standards.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
