Precision Rehabilitation & Orthopedic Physical Therapy in Modesto, CA is seeking a Clinic Director - Physical Therapist to open our newest clinic. You will build a thriving team, lead daily operations, and deliver exceptional patient care while continuing to treat patients.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current California Physical Therapist license (or pending).
• BLS certification through American Heart Association (or ability to obtain before patient care).
• Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills.
• Ability to lead clinic operations while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire & empower your team of PTs, PTAs, and support staff.
• Oversee daily clinic operations, staffing, budgets and performance metrics.
• Provide hands-on, evidence-based care while upholding the Second-to-None standard.
• Build strong relationships with patients, referral partners and the community.
