The ideal candidate holds a DPT, a Michigan license, and at least 2 years of outpatient orthopedic PT experience, plus strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to drive patient outcomes and clinic

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Current Michigan Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• Minimum of 2 years of outpatient orthopedic PT experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care

Qualifications

Required

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Previous Clinic Director, Center Manager, or leadership experience.
• Experience with budget management and clinic operations.
• Board Certification or advanced clinical specialization.
