Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with CAPTE-accredited degree.
• Current Michigan PT license in good standing with CPR.
• Demonstrated leadership and clinical management experience.
• Proficiency with EMR and clinic software; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations and mentor staff to drive patient care excellence.
• Develop and market the clinic to grow programs and services.
• Manage staff development and program design within the practice.
• Review and monitor clinic financials on a monthly basis.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with an advanced degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Michigan Physical Therapist license in good standing, with active CPR certification.
• Demonstrated leadership and management capability within a clinical or multidisciplinary healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in technology and clinical systems, including Electronic Medical Records (EMR) platforms, database applications, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Sales, marketing, and business development experience preferred; strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for patient engagement and clinic growth.
• PT preferred; however, we will consider applicants from other clinical backgrounds with demonstrated experience in similar roles
