$55.00/hr - $75.00/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Clinical Director overseeing clinic operations and patient care
• Collaborate closely with the Medical Director and team to create a positive, patient-first environment
• Evaluate patients and oversee treatments in:
• Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)
• Erectile Dysfunction (Trimix, Gainswave, P-Shot, Rx therapies)
• Weight Loss , Vitamin Therapy , Peptides , PRP Injections , and Hair Loss Treatments
• Maintain clinic performance and census goals
• Ensure clinic compliance with all medical, legal, and regulatory standards
• Represent GameDay at community events , health fairs , sports events , and more
• Support marketing and branding efforts includingsocial media collaborations
• Build referral networks through outreach to local physicians, especially in urology and men’s wellness

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license in good standing in the state of Virginia
• DEA Certificate and Controlled Substance Registration required
• Minimum of3 years clinical experience preferred (not required)
• Comfortable withmen’s health, hormone therapy, and sexual wellness topics
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
• Business development mindset with a passion for growing a practice
• Supervisory or clinic management experience highly desirable
• Must complete ~20 hours of paid onboarding training
