Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness in Westminster, CO seeks a Clinic Director to lead our therapy teams and uphold high-quality care across communities. You’ll guide clinicians, build trusted relationships with residents, and drive the EmpowerMe 360 care model, coordinating therapy, wellness, and medical services.

You’ll mentor staff, shape daily operations, and foster resident engagement, program participation, and seamless transitions.

Qualifications

• Current therapy license in PT/OT/SLP with leadership experience.
• Experience leading a team or program in healthcare.
• Strong collaboration and community engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care
• Mentor and support clinicians, helping them grow in their clinical skills and confidence
• Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP)
