EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Clinic Director in Corte Madera, CA to lead a therapy team within our EmpowerMe 360 model, guiding residents toward active, independent living. You’ll stay hands-on with residents while shaping care delivery and team performance across therapy, wellness, and medical services.

The role emphasizes mentorship, community partnerships, and program development to improve quality of life for seniors and drive clinical outcomes in a community setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed in PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP.
• Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal).
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred.
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit.
• Desire to lead, connect, and be visible in your community.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care.
• Mentor clinicians, helping them grow in clinical skills and confidence.
• Partner with community leadership to implement EmpowerMe 360 model.
• Build relationships that drive resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment.
• Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services for a seamless resident experience.
• Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations.
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement.
