Job summary

Intune Physical Therapy, operating the Spero Rehab brand in Austin, TX, seeks a Clinic Director to lead clinical and operational excellence. You will oversee physical therapists, PT assistants, and administrative staff, manage schedules, budgets, and relationships with physicians to grow patient care.

Ideal candidates have a DPT or CAPTE accreditation, unrestricted TX PT licensure, 3+ years supervisory experience, and a passion for mentorship and performance improvement within a patient-centered

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or CAPTE-accredited degree.
• Unrestricted licensure to practice PT.
• 3+ years of physical therapy experience with supervisory exposure.
• Residency or board certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic staff including PTs, PTAs, and admin personnel.
• Approve timecards and manage vacations/time off.
• Ensure policy, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Lead PLOC meetings and implement care changes.
• Mentor new graduates and staff for growth.
• Monitor clinic performance and coordinate with regional directors.
• Develop relationships with physicians to grow patient referrals.
• Manage budgets, equipment purchases, and facility upkeep.
