ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Director in Texas to lead a high-performing team and oversee daily clinic operations. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, staff development, and performance management.

You will drive productivity, coordinate scheduling, and collaborate with leadership to ensure exceptional outcomes for patients and the community. The position requires a licensed Physical Therapist or PT A, with experience in leadership, and offers comprehensive benefits and growth

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy, Physical Therapy Assistant or Occupational Therapy Program.
• Current professional licensure as a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapist, or license eligible per state rules.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team aligned with ATI's mission to deliver patient-centered care.
• Manage daily clinic operations including payroll, time off approvals, and scheduling.
• Address patient concerns and maintain a supportive environment for patients and staff.
• Meet operational goals for productivity, scheduling, and care standards; drive positive patient outcomes.
• Lead change management and act as liaison between corporate communications and clinic team.
• Conduct regular performance discussions and annual reviews; deliver improvement plans.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop outcome-focused treatment plans.
• Build strong relationships with patients, community, and referral sources.
