Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy, Physical Therapy Assistant or Occupational Therapy Program.
• Current professional licensure as a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapist or license eligible.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a dedicated team aligned with ATI's mission and patient-centered care.
• Manage daily clinic operations including payroll, time off approvals, and employee scheduling.
• Collaborate with clinic team to address patient concerns in a supportive environment.
• Meet operational performance goals, including productivity and patient care standards.
• Lead change management efforts and act as a liaison between corporate and clinic teams.
• Conduct regular performance feedback, annual reviews and performance improvement plans.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop outcome-focused treatment plans.
• Build relationships with patients, the community, and referral sources.
