The role requires a Physical Therapy license, CPR certification, and at least four years of clinical experience, with strong leadership and communication skills to drive high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with current CPR certification.
• Minimum 4 years of clinical PT experience.
• Ability to develop and mentor others.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent patient care and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and develop physical therapy staff.
• Lead the team to maintain high morale and a collaborative environment.
• Schedule staff and oversee day-to-day clinic operations.
• Provide physical therapy services, evaluate care protocols, and outcomes.
• Foster relationships with the community and referral sources.
• Ensure Medicare compliance and monitor KPIs and budget.
