Job summary

PHOENIX PHYSICAL THERAPY is seeking a Clinic Director to oversee daily operations at our York, SC location, managing physical therapy services, contracts, and clinic performance.

You will lead hiring, training, and development of PT staff, drive high morale, ensure staffing, and advance patient care quality while building community referrals and ensuring compliance with Medicare and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy License and CPR certification.
• Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience in physical therapy.
• Excellent patient care and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations.
• Hire, train, and develop PT staff.
• Ensure Medicare and quality program compliance.
• Develop relationships with community and referrals.
• Monitor staffing schedules and KPI performance.
• Maintain safe and compliant work environment.
